How Do I Get Started?

	1. Simply e-mail Carlton Anderson. He'll send you a "Church Planting Interest Form." Or call the IBC office collect at: 641.858.3284.
	3. Fill out the application form and return it to us. We will compile a preliminary report to determine if we should proceed.
	5. If you pass the formal assessment, we will discuss your expectations of Iowa Church Planting and our expectations of you.
	7. The Iowa Church Planting Board will issue a formal call for you to join our church planting team, including salary and work fund arrangements.
	9. You and your teammates will raise support, mobilize your intercessors, and move to your church planting location.


2. We will talk at length about your options and possibilities in church planting.
4. At this point, we will send you and your spouse to a 4 day assessment center.
6. We will ask you to complete a church planting proposal which will outline the details of your anticipated project.
8. If you accept the call, we will provide you with the extra training you need to be effective in your church planting location.
10. You will be coached by experienced personnel throughout all stages of your work.
