along with Linda Hansen and Sue Shaw, came together for Iowa's FIRST...
LEADNET Quickstart at Pine Lake Christian Camp.
Sharon Maxton and Darla Johnson of TeAMerica facilitated the group... teaching "coaching" skills, reviewing curriculum materials, and describing a typical LEADNET meeting format. LEADNET is designed around the same format as the pastor's LEAD teams... and focuses on the same four principles of Learn, Encourage, Achieve, and Dream |

Iowa currently has FIVE regional LEADNET teams, of which representatives from THREE of those regions came together for this FIRST Quickstart to form LEADNET teams in their respective regions--Northeast, Northwest, and Central. A second Quickstart was held January 14, 2006 with the two remaining teams being established in the Southeast and I-380 regions. | |
